Appoiato farm holidays

Among the friendly and charming hills of Calabria, situated 350 meters in alttitude, 8km from the sea and 10km from the mountains, lies the agriturismo Appoiato – once upon a time a rural farm house with hen house,stall and sheep pen. Today it is perfectly restored, rendering the farm house a mini-village.

It is the ideal place to spend a relaxing holdiday. The name of the agriturismo derives from tradition. This wide plain at the feet of pleasant hills, bordered by high cane thickets which grow along the stream, has been forever called “appoiato” - appoggiato – which means resting between the sea and the mountains.

On request, it is possibile to accommodate groups for seminars, sporting retreats, meetings, working groups, weddings and parties.
